Balanced belts are a series of left and right hand wire mesh spiral coils. These coils are held in place by interconnecting crimp rods which run through the width of the belt.
These belts are typically friction driven and are popular for conveying a variety of products, particularly those that are small or need a lot of support. Balanced belt features a simple yet effective design, an excellent strength to weight ratio and an extremely wide variety of mesh specifications to suit each individual application.
Food processing balanced belts are typically used in product transfer and in baking applications. Balanced belts can also be used in industrial product processing, transfer and packaging applications.
